Zenith Pharm is a Korean medical products company, working in cardiac surgery and transplantation since 1998. We register products, run the clinical programmes that get them adopted, and stay with them until they are routine.

Cardiac surgery and transplantation.
These are the two fields we have worked in since 1998, and the reason manufacturers come to us. They are also the hardest to enter: protocols are fixed, the clinicians are few, and a product is adopted only when the people who already trust you say it is worth changing for.
Transplantation
Preservation solutions for donor organs and corneal storage media, supplied to transplant centres across the country.
We also supply orthopedics and neurosurgery — artificial joint implants for knee and hip arthroplasty, and Fehling micro surgical instrumentation.
How we work
How we launch a product.
Korean hospitals do not change a protocol because a product arrived. They change it because a clinician they respect did it first and said it worked. Every launch we run is built around that, and it is the part most distributors leave to the manufacturer.

Registration and listing
MFDS approval, reimbursement coding and hospital formulary listing. Quality assurance is led in-house by licensed pharmacists; regulatory filings are prepared with external specialists we have worked with for years.

Choosing where to start
We identify the centres and the clinicians whose adoption the rest of the field follows. Getting this wrong costs years, and it is where experience in this field matters most.

Clinical education
Symposia, speaker programmes and visiting faculty, built with Korean clinicians rather than translated from a global deck. Evidence has to be examined by the people who will apply it, in their own setting.

Technical support
Dedicated representatives by specialty who can answer a procedural question the same day, and who know the product well enough to be useful rather than present.

Routine use
Supply, cold chain and continuing education once the product is standard practice. Adoption that is not maintained quietly reverses.
